We love providing lightning fast turnarounds, and the best way for us to do that is to keep all of your video communication in one place. With our online screening room, the review process is easier than ever:

• Comment – Leave time-coded edit requests in the comment box below the video player.
• Approve – At the end of the entire review process—when all of your edits are complete—change the video status to “Approved,” and our editors will finalize your project files and send a download link.

How to Give Effective Feedback on Video Projects

When it comes to video feedback, quality is always better than quantity. Here are a couple things to consider when leaving feedback for your editors:

• Consolidation is Key – When multiple team members are providing input, try to consolidate your comments before putting them in the screening room. This reduces redundancy and eliminates conflicting feedback.
• Add Clarity, Not Confusion – Be specific in your comments. Vague statements like, “I don’t love the music selection,” might be true, but it's more helpful to say, "Please replace the music track with something more uplifting." As a general rule, your comments should provide direction rather than prompt questions from the editing team.

Keep in mind that we’re only as fast as the feedback you provide. For projects with tight deadlines, be sure to budget time for a thorough review process.
