Monthly Subscribers
Because we don't have contracts, LimeLite services are designed to be used within the billing cycle. Therefore, video services are forfeited if not used within the billing month. However, for active subscribers who are facing extenuating circumstances, we do allow a single month of unused services to rollover to the succeeding month (one time per calendar year).
Annual Subscribers
In addition to cost savings, one of the greatest benefits of an annual subscription is that you unlock flexible scheduling. Annual Subscribers have the ability to schedule or use their LimeLite services at any time before the end of the 12 month billing cycle.
